Friday July 3 - end of day and I've driven about 700 km since arriving on The Rock. But with the construction slow downs it feels like more. The scenery on the west side of Newfoundland is stunning. Just breath taking. It's much easier to be in stop and go traffic when that's what you're looking at.  Not the best shot but gives you an idea  Corner

Tuesday June 30, Point Edward Cape Breton. I learned yesterday, that today is the end of the school year here. My hosts are both teachers. It was an easy drive with little traffic from Pictou. But the causeway was busy with a wait for a large boat to go through. I did expect a leisurely pace driving here but it turns out there are impatient drivers
